4.   Will the SeaPass Hub solution work with my agency management system?

    • AMS Family
    • Applied
    • Nexsure (Dimensions)

5.  What are the major differences between the SeaPass service and Transformation Station or other management systems’ “real time” services?

  • Transformation Station and Transact Now (by Applied and AMS) are really complementary and do not compete with the SeaPass Hub.
  • They are data transfer mechanisms, which means that they will take data from the agents’ management system and bring it to the carrier, but that’s really where they end.
  • The SeaPass Hub solution takes data, which is transferred to it, and creates a dynamic interview. The agent sending the data gets a step-by-step guided questionnaire, which easily walks them through the task of cleaning up the data, addressing company-specific data.
  • It’s one interview for multiple carriers and multiple lines of business vs. having to go through multiple submissions, one for each carrier, and sometimes a separate one for each line of business.

6.   What is required of my IT staff to get this service up-and-running?

  • Nothing: all you need is an Internet connection and credentials to access the service.

7.   If two or more users want access to the service simultaneously, can they get it?

  • Each user is granted his or her own personal set of credentials to ensure security as well as lD, today, when accessing the carrier’s site.

8.   Can I download the info entered into the SeaPass Hub?

  • Information that you enter into the SeaPass Hub is transmitted to the carrier and is available on their system. Regarding Download, this depends on the download capabilities of your carriers: for those that support download, you will be receiving any policies issued via your regular download mechanism.
