SeaPass Solutions was founded in 2000 and is a privately-held company headquartered in New York City.

SeaPass develops and markets Straight-Through Processing solutions, which enable Insurance Carriers and Agents to transmit and receive data in real-time by leveraging existing systems to interact automatically. The real-time STP solutions of SeaPass lead to reduced costs, more business opportunities, better client service, shorter sales’ cycles and successful transactions across all lines of business.

The SeaPass Gateway and its Straight-Through Processing SmartBridge™ enable Carriers to connect with Agents in real-time for both submitting and receiving information. With the company's technology, Agents can capture intellectual capital through a single entry on their existing management systems and immediately, seamlessly insert that data into multiple incompatible systems at the Carrier level. Agents can secure multiple carrier quotes in real-time without re-keying.

For Carriers with agent-facing portals in place, SeaPass delivers a true end- to-end STP solution: the unique SeaPass Hub Enabler™ allows these Carriers to receive submission and quote requests directly from their agents’ management systems.

For Carriers without an existing Agency Portal, the SeaPass Web Enabler™ package provides the Carrier with an easy-to-use, Agency-facing solution capable of providing real-time quotes and submissions at point-of-sale and service.
Hub Enabler™ and Web Enabler™ offer Carriers access to the SeaPass Multi-Carrier Hub service – a subscription service for Agents and Carriers with a single point of entry for Agents to facilitate quote/proposal retrieval for multiple lines and multiple carriers.

SeaPass enables submission and quoting of new business and endorsements for Personal Auto and Home, Commercial Auto, Commercial BOP and Workers’ Compensation.

The SeaPass Gateway server can enable the retrieval of information directly from an insurance carrier’s system in real-time for quoting, issue, endorsement, billing, underwriting and claims. This intellectual capital can be shared in real-time – with no changes or programming required by the Carriers' or Agents’ systems -- regardless of the systems used by any Carrier or Agent.
