In addition, we provide help-desk support for implementation and operational troubleshooting.

o    FIRST CALL ASSISTANCE – This service is for first-time Agent or CSR Users of the SeaPass Hub to answer their questions. 

o    APPLICATION – Our people offer live help with ACORD Form applications and submission in real-time. 

o    BOOK OF BUSINESS TRANSFER – We assist technically when an Agency may need to transfer a book of business. 

·          LIVE WEB-BASED MEETINGS - We provide Web Ex Meetings to discuss carrier or agency team questions and solutions. We offer live assistance in running multi-carrier proposals with single-entry.
